The Rise of John f Kennedy
John f Kennedy was the United States youngest president (still is), the first catholic president and came into power in a time of great need. He was an endearing president because of his ages, looks, his popular wife and the scandals he was involved in.
- Kennedy was elected in 1960 after Eisenhower's two terms
- Kennedy defeated Nixon very marginally and chooses Lyndon B. Johnson to be the vice president.
- Kennedy was married to Jackie Kennedy and had two children
- He was an amazing public speaker
- His father and mother were Irish Catholics and his father was a wealthy business man
- JFK was an advocate for the space race
